2b. We had a dinner of rice and roasted chicken. (No)

We had a dinner of rice and roast chicken. (Yes)

(The standard expressions are “colour photograph” and “roast chicken”. The inflections are based on faulty analogy.)

3. You should be rest assured that the job will be done. (No)

You should rest assured that the job will be done. (Yes)

(The standard phrase is “rest assured”, a way of saying that one should not worry; one should be certain or confident that something will be.)
