You will need to provide in the application form:

  • Personal and contact details
  • Responses to the participant profile:
    • COMMITMENT: Provide minimum one example of a situation/s where you delivered a result e.g. made an activity happen or drove something forward and followed through. Ideal examples show that you are willing to go the extra mile and have demonstrated it in previous work (Max 100 words).
    • ACCOUNTABLE: Provide minimum one example of a situation where you adhered to a deadline by planning and following process. Ideal examples will show how you can drive projects and activities forward through planning (Max 100 words).
    • ANALYTICAL: Provide an example of work you have done in advocating for road safety and explain how you acquired the information/knowledge that you needed to analyze the issue and develop a solution (Max 100 words)
    • COMMUNICATION: Provide an example of a situation where you used your skills in communication e.g. liaising with media, presenting, and facilitation, organization events and activities (Max 100 words)
    • FUNDRAISING: Do you have any experience with fundraising? If YES, how many successful proposals have you submitted in the past 5 years? What was the amount of the funding received for each of those (Max 100 words)
    • ROAD SAFETY WORK: List your number of years of experience in road safety projects and which area you work in (Max 20 words)
    • ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: Are you fluent in spoken English? Fluency in oral English is required to participate in this training
    • WORK STATUS: List your work status and whether you have other jobs and how you will manage your time, should you be selected (Max 50 words).
  • A letter of support:  The letter should be one page and should indicate how you will use the training to benefit your NGO and the community. It must be signed by the applicant and leader of NGO.
  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume: This should be a maximum one page, only including information relevant to the application.
