Comment on This life! The Ibadan killer-wife by Ajao Hadiyat.
It baffles me that it baffled a man why a murdered man is not castigated for a crime he purportedly committed to attract his murder from non other than a woman he was married to.
No sane man would justify the action of the murderous wife simply and basically because she is not the one to dispense justice even if the husband is guilty. Then of what crime was the unfortunate man charged? Of fathering child with another woman or of wanting to visit that child?
Perhaps a very important lesson in this tragedy is that fury generated by pure jealousy and envy is destructive.
The lawyer killed her husband and by this action she had certainly set in motion her own destruction and that of her home along with all she cherished.
